Product Introduction

Huawin montmorillonite desiccant is a kind of degradable desiccant, which is mined by montmorillonite, carbonized by organic matter heated at high temperature, expanded by montmorillonite orebody, crushed, dried, sieved, sub-packed and packaged. They adsorb water molecules in their pore diameter by physical means, and have the characteristics of fast adsorption speed, large adsorption capacity, non-corrosiveness and so on.

1.Physical absorption mode: Huawin montmorillonite desiccant selects montmorillonite as raw material, adopts physical adsorption, mild reaction, and tested by SGS, it has the characteristics of tasteless, non-corrosive, chemical stability and so on.

2.The PH is neutral: Huawin montmorillonite desiccant has neutral PH, stable moisture absorption, suitable for use at various temperatures, and still has high moisture absorption at low humidity, which can better prevent moisture and mildew of all kinds of articles.

3.Reusable: after moisture absorption and saturation, the molecular structure of Huawin montmorillonite desiccant does not change, and it can be reused after heating treatment, which greatly saves the cost.

Hanging Method of Use

Simple 5 steps to easily solve the problem of goods damp in container transportation.

①Check whether the container has vents and seal all vents

②Remove the container desiccant from the bag and lift the hook out of the fixing hole until the hook is stuck.

③Hang the desiccant on the fixed hook of the container and ensure its stability. Please use a sufficient amount of desiccant. Please refer to the previous dosage comparison table for specific dosage.

④When all the desiccants have been hanged, please load the goods into the container as soon as possible.

⑤After all the goods have been loaded, please close the container door as soon as possible.

Notes

Precautions for use of container desiccant

Before using the desiccant, please check inside and outside the container carefully to ensure that the following requirements are met:

①There are no voids or gaps in the wall, floor and top of the box.

②The container door is well sealed.

③Keep the interior of the container clean and dry, and test the moisture content of the container wood floor.

④If conditions permit, try to use containers with wood floor water content less than 18%. If more than 20%, add a desiccant for every 1.5% increase in water content.

⑤Do not use containers with wooden floors containing more than 25% moisture.
